"Been coming here for almost 5 years and was great at beginning but for last year I haven’t seen the primary physician and my visits are visits of 2 hours. I just walked out today and said enough is enough. I had a 2:15 pm appointment and I arrived 15 minutes early. I was taken in at 2:05 and I didn’t see a doctor until 2:55 pm. He then saw my daughter for like 5 min and said the nurse will be in to do an extra exam. 3:25 came and nothing. What a waste of time and day to not even get treated. I just walked out and told them how unprofessional they were and how much time they had wasted from my time but especially my daughters health. Please don’t come here. I don’t recommend at all. I’m taking my childrens to another pediatrician. Horrible service!!!!"
"I've been going to Dr. Nina's for almost 7 years. She is very professional, very thorough, and compassionate- which is one of the things that I value the most. All the rooms are clean and everything is organized. Front office receptionist Mrs. Yvette and the other staff are very welcoming, efficient, and friendly. I highly recommend Dr. Nina's Pediatrics."
