"Dr. Mcquirter this is Lori Waddell-Piersall and I was just seen in your office and I could not be happier with your care. You were very thorough with your exam. My labs came back not so great and your staff gave me your instructions until will meet again for a full physical. Your staff went above and beyond to reach me regarding several different things, like referrals, prescriptions, my mammogram results and to make sure I followed the proper diet instructions due to my lab results. I say all of this because of the the previous review I read and I'm not sure what Doctor they went to but it's not you. PS. You are the "real" Dr. Mcquiter. & the real deal. grateful to have you as my pcp."

"The doctor is friendly. The actual follow up with important diagnostic results and labs were absolutely unacceptable. I received a call saying I had an abnormal mammogram and go for an Ultrasound. I was terrified. I requested to talk with the Doctor it never happened. After this I attempted a quick us .. but that wS also communicated to me incorrectly. I showed for an appointment to find out it was actually 2 diagnostic that needed to be completed. I called back the office it took a week to straighten out. I had my tests done at a Better diagnostic center then her office sent me to. I received another call from theoffice while at work. I returned the call. I was asked my name and birthdate least 10 times. Then said they didn't call. But a retailed the number that called me.b Placed on hold again. JOANNE SAID OOO YES ITS ABOUT YOUR MAMOGRAM. I explained my experience and how unacceptable the doctor didn't speak to me. This person than decides to read me my mammogram and tell me what she though By this time I was angry and horrified how "sloppy" and danger this office is. Soo now 2 months later another call fromJoanne eanother message saying. I had an abnormal mammogram. I call back again my date 5 times. I told her look. I took care of this myself a month ago. I took my prescription to baptist hospital I took my results.I to the breast cancer center and was treated appropriately my all the Healthcare providers timely and very efficient and professional. I reinforced that Dr. MCQUIRTERS OFFICE IS SLOPPY AND DANGEROUS. The doctor is nice but really it's just that she's a robot under the eyes of a corporation that has no business in healthcare. Since I'm a nurse I advocate gor myself. However her patients could be in danger of receiving appropriate and timely care beware"

"The doctor was amazing But already, booted out of her care over insurance I received a call from her staff that I needed an " emergent" "ultrasound" after my Mammogram results came back. I was speechless and asked if she was going to speak to me. I was told NO!!!! I was told a referral was being placed and call the next day for confirmation. Jasmine said the referral was sent. I checked with the diagnostic center 4x no referral. I called back And Jasmine was rude and annoyed. Come now ladies.... this is not jow we care for our sisters! First of all. Rude.. secondly The doctor shojld have called me about my results.I made the appointment. Needless to say.. there were 2 tests on The refferal one had to be done before the US. My appointment with was canceled my care delayed . The call center is horrible . I wasn't impressed with the office staff either. this is Cano health and they ruin healthcare."
