"Dr. Rashid is a knowledgeable, caring oncologist surgeon. I first met him at the beginning of the last week of December 2023. He evaluated me and explained my options and offered to operate on me after another surgeon declined to do it in the last minute. He was also able to accomodate the date of the surgery so I could have it before the end of the year, since I had already met my deductible and out of pocket amounts. That meant to schedule it in less than a week!. The surgery itself had a great outcome. He removed the cancer tumors in my leg and I was able to walk and go home the very same day. He also performed a procedure (during surgery) to preserve my femoral artery and other vessels thinking in the future radiation therapy. After that, the post-op controls were performed with the same caring attitude, almost non-existant waiting time, always taking all the time to answer my questions and explain the next steps, which gave me peace of mind. In addition, he shared all related info with my oncologist and oncology radiologist. Finally, I cannot forget to mention his great staff: Kelly and Emma. They are both very nice and capable ladies who have been always of great help, scheduling the surgery and appointments and keeping in contact with me with any important information. I recommend Dr. Rashid's practice eyes closed!"
