"Had a great experience, the employee took his time and helped even during the rush hour that is holiday shipping. When I first arrived, there was a huge line, but the employees quickly dealt with the customers and the wait was much less than I first expected."

"Apparently my address is to long and I live in an apartment complex. So missing 1 number out of my address they start the return process. I call the office the worker tells me. I'll speak to the driver to hold the package for Monday. Since Saturday they close at 2pm. I call Monday give the tracking code and another associate "goes and looks" hangs up on me. I call back. Oh spoke to the person from Saturday and they said it was processed. The guy from Saturday didn't talk to the delivery driver to Hold the package. Or how about delivery driver goes to the apartment office and asks hey verify this address for me I think this person lives here. He'll they deliver my mail daily and know my address. Why is it. 1 damn number and it's sent back. The driver is lazy. You gladly put past people who lived at my address mail in my mail box yet won't put my box in the mail box because 1 stupid number missing. Won't hold it cause it's not your priority. Nor won't go to office building and ask. This post office needs some better customer service."

"Never really busy which is why I gave this location 2 stars. However Every time I’ve been here the employees do not smile, they are unwelcoming and speak to you as you’re an idiot when you ask questions. This location Really needs some friendlier, outgoing ppl working there."

"The lovely older balding gentleman with a ring of grey hair around his dome likes to make up rules such as "you can only scan in 6 packages at a time" when my husband had 10. He scanned the 6 and made my husband go to the BACK OF THE LINE FOR ANOTHER 20 MINUTES to scan the last 4 in. Y'all are up out of your minds. Not once in my many years of dropping off packages at a consistent rate have I ever heard of this "rule." This is your JOB, this is what you get PAID to do. You don't get paid to make up farcical rules because you can't be bothered to scan in more than 6 packages at once, which is something you've come up with in that head of yours. This isn't even to mention a woman waiting next to my husband had an entire trucks load worth of packages she had to pay for and was given no issues meanwhile my packages had already been paid for, just needed to be scanned in. I have yet to go into a United States Post Office where the employees don't give you attitude before you get a syllable out and actually do their jobs."
