"My appointment was canceled the day before the appointment. I had waited three weeks for that appointment. They rescheduled it for two weeks later. The anxiety of a delayed potential serious medical diagnosis is overwhelming...and I believe the two weeks delay piled upon 3 weeks delay is unacceptable in the 21st century. In addition it is impossible to talk to a person at FCS&RI via telephone. I gave up after 7 days of trying!"
