"Dr. Michael Chuong spent a great deal of time & detail on my case & made me feel so comfortable & well-taken care of. I had a large lump by my ear leading to my neck. He was referred to me in order to treat it with radiation, after the lump was removed. He had an entire team come in to help me since I had to have a face mask made. It was important my face did NOT move at all since the lump was in a very delicate location. He did not want any nerves in my ear canal or throat or brain affected. The team and Dr. Chuong made me feel so comfortable and safe. The mask of my face was to be worn & pinned to the table during the radiation, to assure no movement. It was an easy process; the creation of the mask was like getting a facial. He even asked if I had claustrophobia because if I did, he would create large holes for my eyes & nose. After my last treatment, he even followed me out to "ring the bell"! At Miami Cancer Institute, they have a loud bell to ring 3 times, in honor of finishing treatment. Dr. Michael Chuong is outstanding, from beginning to end!"
