"Horrible service, i waited 4 hours. All for when i was able to get in the Doctor told me he would not attend me because i had previous surgeries not checking my records nor taking my Blood. He told me to never come back there again. My name is Dunia Miranda and i recommend you not to go here."

"Horrible; I’ve been a patient here for 15 years, and after Dr. Braunschweig is not here anymore is a total disaster. They do not care about their patients. When I made my appointment, I informed them of new insurance, and I came from Naples to see the doctor, and they told me they don’t take my insurance. I need to see the doctor because I’m feeling terrible and told them I would pay for my visit without any problems, and she said they don’t take payments. They only accept insurance. I drove for hours feeling horrible, and they refused to see me."

"I've tried for the last week to get an appointment with this Dr. I've been left on the phone over 15 min each time with no one returning. The previous Dr/owner Dr Thomas was great. I will be looking for another hematologist ASAP"

"Absolutely one of the worst physician experiences I have ever witnessed or experienced. As an oncologist, it is beyond appalling how this man lacks all empathy. Took a family member there on the well-intended, but clearly misguided, recommendation of another doctor. His waiting room is tiny, looks and feels “cold,” with a dozen patients crammed in there. Signs on the door prohibit family from being with the patients in that tiny room, with COVID as the excuse. Unfortunately, putting so many immuno-compromised patients in such a tiny room defies logic—if they were actually worried about COVID. The family waits in the hallway with no chairs, etc. Staff hands 40+ mins of paperwork to fill out rather than emailing it in advance, guaranteeing a waiting room full of lingering people. An hour and a half-plus wait to see the doctor is brutal. Then, if anyone hadn’t already realized how much this doctor could care less about his patients, meeting him absolutely confirms it all. He shows zero empathy, zero interest, and answered that he “doesn’t know” to the few basic questions we asked. It’s sad that he chose to become a physician; he would likely be much better doing something he actually had a passion for. Suggested he and his staff watch the movie “The Doctor,” with William Hurt. It might make them understand just how horrible the experience they deliver actually is. There are many oncologists out there. Sorry to say, but can’t imagine why anyone would want to allow this doctor to manage their care, especially when one is diagnosed with cancer. Beyond disappointed. Glad we found out on day one and didn’t waste more time or risk a poor outcome from such a train wreck. Perhaps they may eventually improve their practice, but this is one less patient to be dragged along hoping that happens."
