"Went to see Dr. Martell for an annual physical. Bloodwork was all normal as expected. She asked to call me to review bloodwork. Call lasted about 5 minutes. They billed it as a tele-health visit and I was charge almost $200. This appears to be a scheme/fraud. If nothing else, it's extremely unethical. I could have looked on the portal myself, however Dr. Martell insisted on a phone call scheduled in advance. I called the office to discuss. Office manager was supposed to call me back. She didn't. Spoke with Toni and she was rude and hung up on me. Needless to say, Dr. Martell lost 4 patients today."
