"The school really needs to look into allocating some money to a phone operator during peak times i.e. when school semesters start back up. I was on hold for 50 minutes because I thought I misplaced my cengage access and thought i'd have to get a new one (turns out that's not how that works.) Honestly, they probably explained it to me when I bought it but I couldn't remember. When I finally got a hold to somebody on the otherside they sounded frantic and frazzled. I was then informed on how cengage worked (which incompetence on my part,) yet I feel I wouldn't be upset if this interaction only took 5 minutes not 50. This could all be avoided if they had someone dedicated to the phones calls; my stupid question would have been resolved faster and they could get back to matters of the store. Other than that they usually are on the mark and nice. Just need to fix the phone situation."

"Bookstore was stocked, clean and well maintained. Staff were friendly and very knowledgeable. Super helpful in making sure I got the books I needed. Loved the rental option. I saved money and the return process was so easy."

"Bookstore does not answer their phone, told to leave a message and they will respond in 24-48 hours. I need to my books today not in 24-48 hr. I need a simple question answered."

"When I try to call the bookstore for questions on books no one ever answers during their times of operation. I live an hour away, and often times when I do make the journey there I am told a book was a code sent to my email that ended up in spam or something of the like, something that would’ve turned a two hour commute into a 2 min phone conversation."

"Staff was helpful and polite. Store was stocked and organized. Wait time was minimal. The staff is doing their best with the tools they are provided. The shipping/pickup logistics, website, and prices could use a LOT of improvement. Most of that is not the bookstore's fault but their partner Barnes and Noble. It is a nightmare using Barnes and Noble's website they provide the school. When it actually loads it is confusing, cobbled together, and clearly permanently left in some early stage of beta-testing. Find another partner who can provide a better end user experience."
