"Great care, Dr.Gonzalez-Diaz caught my preeclampsia before it became full blown. The only reason I won’t give 5 stars is because they don’t answer the phone, EVER. And they will not call you back, you might as well say they don’t have a phone."

"I went to them in 2009 and they delivered my daughter. I never had an issue with them. So when I found them this time i was excited that they would deliver my 3rd child. The only thing i hate is the darn phone. None of my calls get answered nor returned. Other than that the staff Is amazing. The ladies are sweet hearts they just need to work on those phones."

"We've been trying to call these guys for multiple days and can't get a response. No one answers the phone, and forget about getting a return call. It's ridiculous for an obstetrician office to be unresponsive for pregnant patients for multiple days. At best it's poor customer service...at worst it's malpractice. I heard the practice is corporate owned, so if the office is understaffed, they need to stop cutting corners and get people to handle the basics. If you're expecting avoid this place like the plague."

"So far going to this office since february of 2018, has been the worst experience I have ever had dealing with doctors via for my pregnancy. Not only do I HATE the fact that I never have the same doctor that is supposed to be assigned to me everytime I'm at this office.. but I've had a few minor issue come up in my pregnancy left untreated due to "we will call you with the results in two days" I tried calling them to check on them (knowing that I needed treatment regardless of the test results) and I can't seem to reach a damn live person. I leave messages and I've received no calls in return. To reschedule an appointment once I literally had to walk into the office because the four messages I left previously wasn't returned prior to the appointment. I'm a very due diligent person as well as a client, I feel I haven't felt the same reapect in return. I once brought up a topic of concern with one of the doctors knowing there were ways to prevent said issue with medicine and he told me not to worry about it. If any problems(mind you that could be nipped in the butt with a preventative medication that he would of just had to prescribe)arised, they would just give me a c-section. I was appalled and scared by this response. I brought it up with another doctor, to which then he prescribed what was needed. This is my body, they are being paid to do there profession regardless of the insurance.. it was this incident that put me on complete edge. That doctor shouldn't be working in this feild especially when his answer was to just cut my body open and rob my unborn child of a better chance of immunity. I feel like just another number in this office. I would switch but being so far in my pregnancy it would honestly just be too much of a hassle on top of obvious pre baby stressors. So far I feel like some of their hired doctor's are just out for insurance money especially after the c section comment I had received. I like the doctor that is actually assigned to me, I like the check in staff, the nurses and the ultrasound techs are very accommodating. However they really do need to figure out these major kinks. This is the only reason I give them two stars.. otherwise it would be one."
