"I am writing this review for the office staff and not Dr Abiose. She is a fantastic doctor. She has always been so polite and thorough. Just a great doctor. Couldn't ask for anyone better But, my oh my. The office staff is simply terrible. They refuse to do their jobs like they should. I have waited months for someone to get the required information that is needed from my insurance, so that Dr Abiose can prescribe me what she has wanted to. They will not do their job. They keep passing along the responsibility to me as if I'm the one that's supposed to be doing it. I simply cannot obtain the information I need, and it seems as if they don't even care"
"Dr. Abiose did a great job with my procedure and I feel great afterwards. I think she does awesome work, yet lack empathy in other areas such as her patient financial situations. I did not really feel a organic connection with her even though she smiles and does gives quick conversations. However, it did not give off the feeling of being genuinely concerned for the financial areas of struggle in the procedure that she recommended that I have. I find that concerning. Another life lesson for me."
