"I had my new patient appointment with Dr. Szell this morning for kidney stone evaluation. She was efficient and very knowledgeable. She initiated scheduling my lithotripsy procedure. I’m happy with her attitude, attention to my current condition and promptness. I arrived 20 minutes early to fill out initial paperwork and was called back within 10 minutes after my appointment time. Highly recommend this doctor!"

I had many questions understandably-when they put a telescope into your bladder it’s scary! She did a great job and I recommend her highly!"

"I saw Dr Szell for a cystoscopy. This is a procedure in which a small camera is placed through your urethra so that the physician can see into your bladder. After inserting the camera, Szell spent roughly two to three seconds viewing the imaging before she removed the instrument to tell me that everything looked fine. There's absolutely no way that a recieved a thorough exam. She left the camera in just long enough to be able to charge me for the cystoscopy. Which, I barely even got... After the camera was removed, she just started talking about treatment options while I was still sitting there on the examination table half naked. She did not bother to leave the room to give me time to get dressed (which is customary) before discussing results. EXTREMELY unprofessional. She spent about 6 total minutes with me and then walked out of the room while I was still asking questions. Unsatisfactory experience. I definitely do not recommend. If you are considering this doctor, please seek your healthcare elsewhere."
