"I am a new patient at this location. I am a healthcare provider myself and extremely frustrated/disappointed with the unprofessionalism at this practice. My first visit I was overcharged and told they cannot provide me with an itemized receipt. Then I received a financial agreement from Kenyona Cunningham. Have been trying to reach someone at their office for over 2 weeks now (left voicemails and emailed without any answers or call backs) to get an explanation of what is actually covered in the $2600 I have to pay because it has an exhaustive list of what is not covered including the ultrasounds. I called my insurance company and was told that I should have only paid a hundred and something my first visit after looking at the claim sent to them by this practice. I was charged $420 for that first visit and again, no itemized receipt provided. Someone answered today and said I should expect a call back in 24-72 hours despite me saying my next appt is in 2 days and I need answers before that and before Im asked to pay $500 at that visit as per the financial agreement. Extremely unprofessional. Edit: it’s been a week and no call back. No prior auth submitted. I’m calling and no one is answering."

"I was warned not to go to any Women’s Care locations, but decided to try anyway. My apt was confirmed via text and I called the day prior to confirm over phone that I had an apt as I didn’t receive any confirmation emails. I show up on the day of my apt and there is no apt in the system and no one knows how I received a text message confirming one. It wouldn’t be a big deal if I didn’t waste my time coming here and missing work. I won’t be visiting any of these locations again."

"If you need an OB..choose this one! This is without a doubt one of the best offices I’ve ever visited from the atmosphere to the staff. My doctor was professional, thorough, took the time to listen to me, and answered all of the questions I had. The front desk staff was delightful. The total time of my new patient visit/annual exam was 30 minutes which is impeccable! I was comfortable from the moment I walked in. Truly the best OB!"
