"We have been going to a World KM for over a year. I love the different levels and styles of classes that are available. Sometimes quiet and a disciplined feel and other times energetic and sweaty with music pumping. I love that the self defense and sparring is practiced physically not just with the air. How will you respond if someone grabs your neck or punches you? How can you really know if you don’t experience it? Master Joel makes it really incredible for kids and adults. I really like how the higher ranking students are very supportive of new students and kids!!"
