"Before I get into the amazing workouts f45 provides, let me say that this location has by far been my top studio. From the owners to coaches to the people and the community this location has developed. The coaches and everyone who is a part of this studio are great support systems. They push you towards your goals, they encourage and motivate you to be on top of your goals. The owners themselves are very involved with the people and spread love and joy when they walk in. F45 workouts vary completely, they are all backed by science and have over 40k different workout exercises incorporated & with you unlimited membership you receive unlimited BMI testing in studio! I love this feature and add on that we have. Not all studios have this yet. This way your ur body will never plateau. Think of f45 as a group personal training as well, the coaches and even the members are there for support!
