"Our daughter joined the martial art center after gymnastics, dancing and soccer. She started when she was in middle school. I wasn’t prepared for her to enjoy it so much or stay invested for so long. She never once asked not to go to class. Among many things they instruct on, she learns discipline, self esteem, & honesty. "We absolutely love the MAC. It's our home away from home. Both of my boys and I take classes here. The staff is an amazing group of people who truly want to help others be their best selves. My oldest has been going here over 2 years and is on the spectrum, joining was the best decision we ever made for him. He's grown in so many ways and is accepted for who he is. Doctors wanted to medicate him, martial arts has prevented us from having to go that route.
