"By far the best trade exam prep school in the US. I have taken exams in 4 states now and this exam prep format would have helped me in all of them. The instructors are experienced, knowledgeable and informative (not very good looking) while the support staff is nothing but professional (much better looking). Great exam prep materials and many of the questions I studied at this school were on the state exam, which I passed. Thanks for the great exam Prep!!!!!"

"CAUTION! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I have never, ever written a bad review before, as I am very patient, but I do not want anyone else to have to go through what I did. They cannot get their stuff together. Not worth your money. Try another exam prep program. I've loss countless hours of my time and have had to reschedule my exam date because their testing materials do not work. All of the details are below. I tried to take their practice test multiple times but their computer program does not work and crashes. The first time their program wouldn't let me in. I had to wait til Monday to get them to reset it. They said it should work fine. The next day I was logged in taking a practice test and it kicked me out 4 hours into it!!! I called and they apparrently fixed it. I tried to take the test again and it kicked me out 15 minutes into the test. I called again and they reset everything again and gave me a new account. Now it won't even let me into the exam again!!! I called again and they made me another account. Now I'm on my 3rd account. They said they found the problem and I should be good to go. Not surprsing, it crashed again and I lost all my test information again. I tried calling them back and they went home. Now I'm stuck with another weekend of not being able to take a practice test. As many of you know, studying for this exam takes quality time away from your family and a lot of sacrifice. I have now schedued 5 practice exams I couldn't take because of their "computer problems" and it has cost me a solid 3 weeks of not being able to prepare for my exam properly. Now I am going to have to reschedule my exam. This is ridiculous. The people are nice but have absolutley no clue what they are doing. Beware!"
