"At Hundred Fitness you won’t be judged, you won’t be pressured. They have created a welcoming and friendly community of people who are sincerely trying to improve their health and fitness by working together as a group. The facilities include a well thought out workout space, plenty of equipment, and state of the art machines. The overall effect Is to make this a place where you want to be and you want to get better. If you struggle with consistency, as a three year member I wholeheartedly recommend that you give this place a try."

"What truly sets Hundred Fitness apart from all the other gyms you could choose are two things: the coaches and the culture. The coaching is absolutely amazing - every coach there is extremely knowledgeable and they deliver that knowledge in an understandable and encouraging manner. The culture makes this place more than a gym - it is so welcoming and inviting, with literally all the members bought in to that culture and making newcomers feel welcome and supporting one another, no matter where you are on your fitness journey. I am so thankful to have found Hundred Fitness - it has helped me achieve fitness goals I didn’t think possible, all while being made to feel a part of a wonderful and supportive family."

"Hands Down, best choice I’ve made training at 1Hundred. VERY friendly team who make me actually want to go train. I look foward to walking through the doors and always feel amazing when I leave! Also their nutrition program is so fun and helpful. "Best gym ever! I came here about a year feeling defeated and desperate to get myself back. I was skeptical because hey it’s a CrossFit gym and I was a 40 something year old wife/mom who was out of shape and completely defeated. What I found from the moment I walked in were people who down right care! They want you to be the best version of you! The coaches are some of the most humblest people I have ever met and will meet you where you are at. You don’t need to be in shape, and you don’t even need to know how to do CrossFit they walk with you every step of the way. Not only will you train with awesome coaches but you will train with some amazing humans. Everyone here is so encouraging and helpful. There is nothing better than working out with a great group of people no matter how hard the work out is. This gym is full of people who will cheer you on and help you get to the next level. Hundred has been a game changer and a life saver for me. If you are looking for a gym that is humble, encouraging, and wanting you to be the best you this is it!"
