"Great gym. Very, very clean everywhere. Modern equipment - everything you need. Spacious and bright and super convenient 24/7 access. Slade, the owner/manager and his partner Rick are super friendly and helpful and always ready to help or give advice. Overall one of the best gyms I have seen. Coming back a year later and it’s still great They also offer flexible membership plans. And another update: they enlarged the studio. Even more space and more choices to work out! And another update: I am trying out the personal training they offer. Very positive experience. Gary is able to read my fitness level very accurately and just finds the right intensity to be a challenge without killing me."

"As a member of the health care system I am truly blown away with how clean and tidy this gym always looks! Which I must say is a big task considering how much they have expanded. I see safe practices happening everywhere I turn in the gym. I am always greeted with a smile and have never once felt unsafe even during the evening hours when staff is not present. I find the most reassuring part to this gym is the camera surveillance! I know if I have an issue or something occurs the owner can quickly and efficiently get to the bottom of it! I just cannot say enough good things about BIM!"
