"Fields for various team sports. Parking on grass and a lack of signage for locating games. Lighting is good on the fields but not as good in parking areas. Definitely short on restrooms and portables resulting in long lines."
"When someone decides to properly manage the softball fields by raking them and ensuring they are in good condition, the fields are nice. It is nearly impossible to get in touch with someone to rent a field, however. If you are able to reach someone, the level of service is very inconsistent. At least once a week, after paying for lighting at the softball fields, they either don't turn on, turn on an hour past the time you paid for, or the fields are locked. The same excuse is always given once trying to rectify the problem, which is "staffing". This is very poorly run, and it seems like regardless of who you speak with, no one knows anything or something always gets messed up."
"Terrible place if you want to play softball if you are aware that there's no way to clear the fields after a little bit of rain You can't finish your games. Teams a big money and can get a crew to maintain the fields"
"Great facilities, clean and well lit. Lots of people are there throughout the day and for many different sports and daily activities."
"I’m 63 years old with circulation problems in my legs. Your handicap parking is no where near the ballfields. I would think that the city of Ocala could come up with something to accommodate the handicapped. We were here for a softball tournament and unfortunately I will not be attending anymore of my great nieces game here. Now I’m here and when the games are over I can take the half hour walk back to your poorly designed parking lot."
