"There were some hiccups on the first weekend that was 24/7 but as I have worked the business I know there’s some trial and errors which is why I planned to have it start before heading back home (different state). The owner, Jim, personally called me and spoke with me and explained what occurred. Even though there were some hiccups in care I still give them 5 stars because they owned their mistakes, which is hard to come by, and the aides were OUTSTANDING. They went above and beyond for my grandmother and I felt okay about leaving her before she transitioned into the assisted living. Home care scheduling is a tough job and managing many clients and even more aides can be difficult. Communication needs to be improved, but again that conversation with the owner assured me that he knew there was something’s to work on and didn’t make excuses for his team. I would recommend them, but my advice is to definitely be on top of your schedule and know who’s coming when, as well as having a backup plan. That’s advice for any home care agency you go with! FYI Rany was awesome and if you’re in the Venice are- looking for care, I would recommend her with a 10 star rating!"

"I live alone, broke my ankle at work, and was bed ridden for over a month. Workman’s compensation was unable to find a home HHA or CNA to help me. She independently does laundry, cleans, gets food from the freezer for dinner, and many other tasks without being asked.
