"Contacted them to use their notary service to have some land sale documents notarised by post. Being in the UK the whole process is a little alient to me so I was hoping to get my documents posted over and notarised. Everything was going great and I sent over drafts so they could see what I needed to have notarised. Suddenly I received a message advising me they couldn't help, that my warranty deed didn't look legitimate and to not contact them again about it. Had they actually bothered to ask, I could have provided them with reams and reams of correspondence between myself and the county clerk that showed my land and warranty deed were very much real, or they could simply have contacted the county clerk themselves and confirmed it. Instead, they all but accused me of fraud and gave me a curt instruction to not speak to them again. Shame, as I need notary work on a semi-regular basis and up until this point they seemed like decent people. Instead, they were rude and insulting."
