"Worst experience of my life!!! Michelle ( nurse practitioner) should NEVER see patients, she misdiagnosed me many ailments I don't have!!! How can a medical profession see a patient once for 10 minutes and diagnose me several health issues?? This woman should never see patients again!! I put in a formal complaint with my insurance company next the medical state board! Shame on you Optum!!!"

"I have been going to DaVita for sometime now. The Doctor is very polite however, my medical needs are not met. The procedure is blood work then order prescriptions with no backup to the results. There is a meeting in Sun city center for residents who feel they are being over prescribed medications. Apparently I'm not the only one, my medical provider will drop DaVita do to miss diagnosed treatments. I was hospitalized at South Bay Hospital a mile from my doctor, she did not visit once, had another doctor look in. The doctor had no idea of my background and was prescribing medications that are in conflict, which dropped my blood pressure very low, he was suggesting a pacemaker, I did not need one; just another way to make money. The pharmacist called me personally at the hospital due to the doctor not responding for hours. The pharmacist asked me to tell the doctor to call, the doctor was mixing the wrong medications with what the hospital was giving. My neighbor lost her son due to the doctors there that don't know what they are doing according to her statement. I have sent information to United Health Care who is thinking about purchasing DaVita, that my Medicare provider will be dropping DaVita due to lack of proper care."
