"Worse patient impression. Already anxious and wouldn't let me in for my 6am surgery at 5:55 or my Doctor to wait in the waiting room in the cold. Hoping the rest of the procedure goes better than this rude introduction to this place. They didn't even acknowledge me at the door!"

"This place is so unprofessional and unorganized I have worked as a medical assistant and phlebotomist for twenty years and I have never seen a office so unorganized i have been waiting for over eight months toe get a neck an shoulder injury done this place either cancels your appt without contacting the patient or gets the patient to come and not have authorizations done than they wait till the afternoon before the procedure to schedule the procedure like everyone is retired. I called this place three days before the procedure to tell them I need the latest slot they tried to give me the 8:30 slot than they are quick to cancel if you can't come I want ever ever go to that place and if my DR JOHN ADAMS don't start offering procedures closer to Sarasota or Bradenton I want be getting it done and will go elsewhere to have my neck and back fixed because this place is awful and I will be contacting the licensing board in Florida about this place in sun city they should be closed down than one of my friends had a procedure done there the same as me except I went to a different Dr and location in Sarasota she went to sun city surgery center and she came out looking like they cut her throat nobody ever explained nothing to her about cutting her throat if this place stays open it would surprise me because somebody is going to sue them they want ever get me to come there because if they do i would sue if they ever do something to me totally off from what is supposed to be done without talking to me or the person they with me."

"The dr and his team were great . It was a couple of women who were Anesthesiologist who were not nice. You would think they were my dietitian instead of anesthesia. Needless to say between the .2 I was upset and mad and told them I didn't want anesthesia anymore I would suffer the numbing shots instead."

"I had a great experience here at Sun city surgical center. They were kind, helpful, and understanding. I guess the only 2 things I would say the facility should work on, and this is in my case only. They called to inform me about my procedure while I was working, no message left or anything... I got my appointment information from my Neuro office. Just leave a message so people know to call back. If I don't know the number, I don't just call random numbers back. And then, just as I was leaving, they forgot to give me my discharge papers and a bag with compression gear in it. Patients are half out of it and won't remember stuff like that. All that should be maybe packed in their possession bag so nothing gets forgotten. Otherwise your facility was great. I appreciate everything and you all made me feel very comfortable and not nervous about my procedure. So for that, I thank you."

"The doctor and staff are very nice but expect the doctor to be late almost every visit. Basically your going to wait many many hours for a short procedure. The scheduling and being somewhat close to on time is unheard of. The chairs in the waiting room are horrible for people with back issues. I hope they get there act together."
