"I was in the area for a family vacation and wanted to get some rolls in, so my son and I dropped by Panacea Aartial Arts for a Saturday open mat. We called ahead to make sure they would be open, and Tony made it a point to make sure we had some kids there for my 10yo son to roll with also. We had a good time hanging out and rolling with the people there. Tony was very welcoming and eager to help us improve our Jiu Jitsu while we were there, even though we were only dropping by for a single session. I would absolutely recommend this gym to anyone interested in Jiu Jitsu, in the Gulf Shores area. I'm sure we will drop in again on our next opportunity."
