"small claustrophobic gym, with low ceilings and humid. constantly waiting for machines used by personal trainers who kept talking to each other and just stares at people. the owner is nice, that’s about it."

"This gym is really great with tons of equipment for a variety of workouts and a bunch of cardio machines. The only thing I have a problem with after going here for 4 months is that there are no barbells except for the 25 lb one on the smith machine, which is pretty disappointing for most passionate lifters. While obviously this is a gym appealing to the general public, it would be nice if they could add at least a free standing barbell"

"I love this gym! Bradford (owner) goes out of his way to make you feel at home. There is an effective assortment of cardio, machine, and free weights. Clean, no meat heads, convenient, 24hr, keypad entry. Cant beat it."
