"This gym is really great with tons of equipment for a variety of workouts and a bunch of cardio machines. The only thing I have a problem with after going here for 4 months is that there are no barbells except for the 25 lb one on the smith machine, which is pretty disappointing for most passionate lifters. While obviously this is a gym appealing to the general public, it would be nice if they could add at least a free standing barbell"
"I love this gym! Bradford (owner) goes out of his way to make you feel at home. There is an effective assortment of cardio, machine, and free weights. Clean, no meat heads, convenient, 24hr, keypad entry. Cant beat it."
"This is a great place to work out. I enjoy using all the free weights and equipment to create my own work out. The cardiovascular equipment is great as well as the exercise machines. I have also enjoyed the group fitness classes and brand-new group fitness studio!"
