"Delta life is a very positive motivating gym! There classes are 35 minutes long and they have childcare!! They weigh you , give you but nutrition guidelines and help you with any goal you might have! I have lost 23 lbs so far and have more to lose but I’m so thankful I found this gym! It’s exactly what I needed in my life to live a happier healthy one! :) The coaches are amazing and will modify anything you need if you have any injuries/physical pain etc. Also there are events/challenges throughout the year that keep you motivated throughout the year! I would recommend this gym!"
