"Shorted me 30/60 tablets of my prescription, while the bottle said it was DOUBLE counted and verified. The process to even get them to check the cameras and call me about the mistake that was made took days of calling and going into the pharmacy in person. Every time I need my prescription refilled there is some sort of issue here. It’s to the point where I know there will be an issue every time I’m about to need a refill."
"Great service. Sam from pharmacy was extremely helpful tonight. She offered an extra flavoring to be added to my 2 year olds antibiotic. This made it so much easier to give her this medication, as it usually taste horrible. Will be returning in the future."
"I REALLY like this Walgreens. And I have been to many in the Pensacola area. Great customer service AND they give you a paper receipt with curbside pick up- without having to ask for one! Today the employee working the photo counter took extra care to make sure my bag was sturdy by throwing in a staple or two. Simple kindness."
"The inefficiencies and lack of customer service at Walgreens pharmacy have consistently led to a negative experience. The recurring problems, such as frequent delays, unreliable pickup times, and inadequate communication, are ongoing and have happened multiple times, not just once. From the long wait times to the disorganized system, it felt like a complete disregard for customers' time. This constant contradiction and absence of apology for the inconvenience makes using this pharmacy more of a challenge than anything."
"Was in desperate need of a 9V battery as the fire alarm wouldn’t quit beeping and no where in Pensacola is open. So I called the pace Walgreens at 10:30pm and a lovely woman answered the phone and informed me they did have 9V batteries and they close at 11. We get there and as we’re walking in the same woman goes oh you guys are here for the batteries and we say yes ma’am then she walks us in and tells us the location in the store, location on the shelf, and the different brands they had. She is by far the nicest Walgreens employee I have ever met and I could not be more sad I didn’t catch her name. 10/10 customer service and I hope she knows how wonderful she is!!"
