"Went through Drive thru it order thru app so barely any interaction tried asking for condiments but was cut off by someone who was a fast speaking rushed employee and before getting the first word out I was told thank you have a nice day and window closed in my face. So had to walk in to get Wat I needed."

"Staff not attentive talking & playing while I waited on someone to take my order they yelled for someone in the back to assist while carrying on in lobby. Drink station had mold on tips & was totally disgusting & unorganized. The sweet tea was soured. Got order incorrect after finally getting someone to take it & telling them 3 different times what I wanted on sandwich. The bathroom trash was over flowing and nasty feminine product just laying open on floor. The stench in bathroom ruined my appetite & needed to be bleached & sanitized. I will never go to or in a McDonald's again."

"So first of all I will start with that. Customer service is absolutely horrible people standing around doing nothing. I waited almost 10 minutes to place my order standing at the register. No one acknowledge me no one said hey Will be right with you or anything like that which in my is absolutely ridiculous when I saw at least 6 employees standing around, playing on their phones, and talk to each other, while I was standing there, waiting to place an order. Then I got my food. I ordered 2 quarter pounders with cheese, a 20 piece McNugget, two large fries and a fish sandwich. Everything was cold soggy buns were stale. I feel like my food not even grilled or fried fries tasted stale as can be they were soggy greasy it’s just absolute disgusting. I would never recommend this McDonald’s to anybody , I would probably rather eat the food out of the trashcan is literally what it tasted like."

"LONG wait for food EVERY time I've been there since they've remodeled. I've got to ask for parts of my order almost every time. Drive thru food is half the time more cold than hot. Even if you ask for extra or lots of ice you still only get 3 cubes in your lg sweet tea. Employees standing around looking lost or acting very unprofessional and immature. Come on Mickey D get it together. Terrible terrible terrible. Wouldn't recommend it to anybody until they get somebody in there that knows what their doing."

"I stopped by really quick, as I was gonna get an oil change for my truck, across the road. The food was great and the restaurant looks amazing inside and out. Customer service was awesome. Very happy with the people that keeps this place nice."
