"Would give 0 stars if I could! Canceled my policy after they could never get my account to set up for auto pay. Went in the cancel our life insurance policy after I finished everything with StateFarm and they didn’t let me know that I could only request a life insurance for my husband and couldn’t sign to cancel so I got charged for another two months and when I went in to get money back and cancel FOR A SECOND TIME! They basically told me thatI couldn’t sign for legal reasons and that I wouldn’t get my money back. My husband works out of town as an electrician and does shut downs he can’t just come in or get on his phone during the day. DO NOT GO TO THIS OFFICE! Don’t even use Alfa! Go to State Farm in roberstale for good service!"
