"Spent two days trying to get a hold of someone to set up an apptmt. Phone just rang and rang. Waited a few hours and tried again. Called main hospital to see what was going on maybe they were closed. They transferred me stating they were not aware of there being anything wrong. Again phone just Rang and rang and I left a Voicemail to set up an apptmt. No one called me back that day or the next. I called again the following day and finally someone picks up. Not very friendly either. Tells me to hold right away. I wait about 10 mins on hold, no one came back and I hung up and called back. The girl picks up again and says she would put me on hold and I tel her no no we just did that I just need an apptmt. Puts me on hold. No one picked up after a long wait time and the call disconnected either way. It’s exhausting and pretty disappointing that we have limited specialists in our area for children’s urology and this is the kind of service we get and we haven’t even seen a doctor. It’s been weeks since this happened and still no return call. I will give it one more try before I decided to just show up at the doctors office. Sadly my kid needs to see one of their doctors. Otherwise I would not even try again. And my pediatrician recommended them! I will have to let her know she shouldn’t recommend them if they aren’t even reachable nor return calls. Hopefully I can reach someone that can help me and my son so that I can update this review with a much better outcome."

"I got an appointment soon with no issues. The person I spoke to was very polite. The Kendall office is located inside the Kendall Regional Hospital. Parking was a little bit difficult. I had to park on the 7th floor but valet parking was awesome. At the office there was no wait at all. My son was seen by Megan Sauls, ARNP. She was excellent and provided great patient care. I left the office very happy because of her. I definitely recommend her. The reason why I give 4 stars is the lady at the front desk inside the office. She is rude and made me feel unwelcome. She doesn't seem to be qualified for dealing with patients and doesn't reflect the quality of care the medical staff provides. Other than that, I had a positive experience and would come back again."
