Lost refill requests, inability to pass along important information and an ineffective phone tree which doesn’t allow you to speak with a human…all part of each visit. It’s sad that such a great doctor has such horrible representation by those around him. We’ve been there since Dr. Millon took over from Dr. Lwin.
