"I have had such a wonderful experience at Conceptions Florida. I have been seeing them for about 2-3 years and for my entire journey with them, they took such good care of me. The nurses are very loving and nurturing, treating you like family every step of the way. Dr. H was the best, he did everything he could to help my dreams come true. My nurse Jenny was always available to answer my millions of questions at any hour of the day when I was going through a cycle. Rose was so wonderful at cheering me up and when it came to getting all my bloodwork done very early every morning. And the rest of the staff was always so welcoming, smiling, and rooting for me with everything I went through. I cannot thank them enough for all that they did for me over the years. I will definitely be returning in the future for all of my fertility needs ❤️"

"Truly great experience at Conceptions Florida. The staff are all welcoming, kind and helpful. Dr Shah is very knowledgeable. She listened carefully to my history and past experiences and answered all my questions. Alex, who does my ultrasound monitoring, is incredible. She is truly one of the best medical professionals I ever met in my life, and I've met so many. She is a beautiful inside and out and really cares. She is very accommodating and amazingly good at her job, and is very responsive over email and messages. She explains things when performing ultrasounds, and her expertise, compassion, and calming presence made this emotionally difficult journey much easier. She has great bedside manners and I am just happy every time I see her because of her contagious positive energy. The road is long and can be frustrating but she made such a difference in my experience. And I want to thank Rose. She does my bloodwork and she goes above and beyond to make sure I get the results on time, especially since I have to use an outside lab due to my insurance. She truly cares about patients and is great at her job. I feel so taken care of by her, even though they are always so busy. And a shout out to Maylen and Alejandro at the front desk. Maylen knows my name and is always pleasant and accommodating. Alejandro is always so happy and smiling, amazing attitude. They both make me feel special and answer all my questions. I 100% recommend conception Florida and I am so grateful for them."

We changed our previous clinic because the only way of communication with the doctor or nurse was through a portal, so having a dedicated nurse is a blessing. Dr. Shah was not wrong when she said we will have someone by our side every step of the way and our nurse Yissell was that and more! She was always there for us and we cannot thank her enough.
