"This place is horrible. Used to love the doctors but since about 2 years now I get stuck with a different doctor each time if I even get seen by a "real" doctor and today I called to get a newborn appointment and told they are not taking Medicaid patients but my son goes there and still has Medicaid, so do they think I will just take my son there and get another doctor for my newborn? This was it for me, I am finding a new doctor and should have left two years ago when they changed staff and quality of care dropped."

"Called to set up an appointment for my son and the woman who answered rhe phone told me that they couldn't make an appointment due to my son having Medicade. She was very rude and disrespectful. This is seems ro be a running trend with nemours pediatrics offices in the area. Please do not take your children to these people. While on the phone my son was making alot of noise babbling in the background and she very rudely told me to shut my child up or she would end the call. I'm done dealing with these unprofessional hacks"

"The office staff is just a joke. They are not very pleasant. You reach out to the doctors for a question VIA the portal and an RN answers you. Umm it’s not in your scope of practice. You can’t even message the dr a question because the RN will respond to make an appt. Like really?.. sad because my girls love Dr. Patrone and have so much trust and confidence in her but again the staff is poorly trained, poor attitude, poor patient assistance. Will be changing pediatricians and steer away from here!!!"

"What has happened here? We are established patients for over 7 years. We love Dr Patrone & Cynthia, however, I no longer can make appointments in advance. They only take same day appointments and I need to call at 8am. This is the worst system ever. The change does not work and have been forced to go elsewhere. The nurses they hired looked like a clown with caterpillar eyelashes, and eyeshadow of a drag queen. She was so rough taking a nose sample of my sons nose she made him bleed. Never in my life have I seen a nurse treat a child so roughly. I complained but no one seemed to care. We switch to Dr Clore down the street and we are so much more comfortable there. Dr Clore is doing things right and putting patients first, Goodbye Red Bug office."
