"FYI - Delayed Review From April/May-ish, 2022. Things may have improved. Before I had several bad experiences leading up to the one in the spring 2023 causing me to find a new pediatrician, they had always been great! I was originally referred to Dr. Masterman (so?) by the immediate care near their office late 2020 and was always super impressed and then something changed late 2021, early 2022. Before leaving the review below I wanted to make sure this was added as everyone needs an opportunity to fix any unintentional wrong doing. April-May, 2023 This was the final straw dealing with a complicated registration process, long wait times and rude front & back office staff! The last visit was a hot mess that was impetus to my finding another pediatrician. The main receptionists/office manager was had been downright rude on several occasions; the back office staff and provider were not any better! I scheduled an 8am appt and b/c until couldn’t be later than 10:15 to work I had to call my Mother had to come there to stay with my dtr which also turned into another huge fiasco. By the time my child was seen it was 10:45 and she finished at 11am. My dtr was a nervous wreck and they were not at all personable or caring let alone empathetic to a little girl afraid to get her throat swabbed! Most places will do things to help the kids relax but they literally walked it of the room “mad” making my dtr even more nervous! Then by Sunday she wasn’t any better so I ended up taking her to an immediate care (not the one by them) where they felt like she was on the wrong abx! After that when I call the girl who answers the phone always acts like you are a huge bother. This is now Nov 2023 so maybe tho ha have changed. I hope so because like I said above, initially, in 2020, it was a great place!"

"Dr Gabby is amazing but they do not understand when you set my appointment to 10 I need to be in no later then 10:15. Every time I came in I waited almost an hour. Not good. The receptionist seem not to like their jobs. Maybe they need a new profession.... I called one time talked to Dr masterman about my son's symptoms and she sounded like she didn't care and was not listening. I'm looking for a new place where they care about their patients and will get them in on time.... I will not recommend this place until things change."
