"I was very satisfied with the attention of Dr. Shapiro and his nurses. They were outstanding. HOWEVER The administration of this medical center is mediocre. After being prescribed antibiotics, I was informed that they do not send prescriptions electronically to pharmacies and I had to do it myself. I was alone and did not have anyone to go in person to the pharmacy. When I escalated the issue, I was told that they were not able to help me in any way. This was very frustrating and I felt very little empathy from their staff. All doctors I go to now are able to send e-scripts to pharmacies or at least call it in. If you go here please ask for all pertinent information to be sent to you ahead of time to avoid these type of unpleasant surprises."
"Simply the best surgery center in town! My mom had surgery on both eyes and the care she received was outstanding! From the moment we walked in, we were greeted by Iliana and immediately she made us feel very comfortable, she treated us like she knew us forever! The nurses nourished my mom like nothing we've ever experienced before, they are so caring and sweet! Miriam, Graciela, Tania, Yadenis, Joanna and Rafael took care of my mom before, during and after surgeries, and the service and care they provided was extraordinary!! They even call the day after to see how my mom was feeling, no other center nor hospital have done that! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!"
"Amazing staff. The caring and attention was outstanding. The entire staff from the nurses to the anesthesia team was very detail. I would give them 6 stars if possible. Lastly, Dr. Heffler thank you so much. Can’t wait to have surgery on my left hand with your team shortly."
