"I was so scared but the place was clean. Morning of surgery I was greeted with a smile. Everything was explained in detail the entire way. My anesthesiologist I want to thank her soooo so much. She was beautiful inside and out. She made me feel so comfortable and had small conversations with me that helped to distract me. Her intubation must’ve been PERFECT because I didn’t have a sore throat afterwards at all. I woke a bit shaky but they were helpful with making me come out of it. I really appreciate everyone so much."

I asked for all of their names because they ALL deserve public praise. Gaby, the Nurse Anesthetist, is a beautiful combination of professional, funny, and nurturing. Paola, the facility circulator, greeted me with warmth, detail and great conversation. Dr. Jeffrey D. Martins, the Medical Director at MSSC is a kind, accommodating and patient man who's running a wonderful operation, pardon the pun. And Claudia, the surgical tech who I didn't get to know too well because she spent most of her time with me while I was under, has a beautifully supportive 'everything's going to be fine' smile just before your eyes close.
