"Good afternoon my name is Laura Perez and I am just riding to let everybody know that I'm very happy and very amazing with myself with all the staff that are working at new season of Michelle Sheena getting the other nurse all the nurse are very nice all the Consular treated me really good and I am happy that I was really addicted to Perkinson and I was really addicted to oxy 30 I've been there for 3 years and I'm very happy with everybody there if people talk about new season it's because they're not satisfied with their self but I am I have no trouble with them they sit down and they have conversation when I feel sad they're always there Michelle Tanisha all the nurses and doctors are very nice with me like I said my name is Laura Perez and my patient number is 14230 and I'm very very happy"

"Worse treatment program in the state of Florida. The counselors do not reach out for anything except if a treatment plan is needed to get signed or if toxicology is needed. The treatment plan doesn’t even get reviewed when it’s supposed to be client centered. All they care is about making money. The client is not there priority. I had to basically stop going because I could not afford to pay for my medication and detoxed on my own. Not once did my counselor reach out."

"Every place has its stars and duds, this place isn't perfect but for what it is and what it's worth most of the staff seem dedicated to giving the clients what they need and are knowledgeable on how to talk to and treat a variety of characters individually. Recovery is not a 'one size fits all' suit and from what I experienced, everyone here tailors the experience to the individual. Not many programs can hold that reputation. Today was my first step onto a long road of recovery, but they made it easy to want to take on the challenge and made me feel that I would not be doing it alone. Manuela was even kind enough to help me find a facility closer to my home because I live almost two hours away from the facility, and they're not even affiliated with the clinic they found for me. They just wanted to help me get back on track and for the first time in a while I have hope in my future. Everyone at intake, the nurse and doctor included were all very friendly and welcoming."
