My lower back and upper shoulder were both very tight and in pain, but after a few sessions I feel dramatically better. Not only is Gavin punctual and professional, but more importantly he is extremely knowledgeable and really understands the human body. He can he get deep into tight muscles if necessary, but also performs perfectly targeted stretches. Lastly, he shows you exercises that will help to make permanent corrections. I’d highly recommend Gavin to anyone with tight / sore body parts."
