"If I could give less stars, I would. I’ve been here in room 13 for 30 minutes. That’s after already waiting 1 1/2 hrs to get called into a room. This is also the 3rd time I’ve had to come here, because like others said, they will close at 12pm for “lunch”, when the listed time they are closed is 2-3pm. This place is literally the worst place to get tested for STDs that I have ever been to. And I don’t even want the AHF account to comment saying they’re working on their appointment system. I asked everyone here, THERE IS NO APPOINTMENT SYSTEM FOR TESTING. The only reason I’m here is because it’s the closest place to my home."

"This place is always close. They close midday at other locations and to make thing worse they don’t have there hours straight on the website I drove 3 hours to south beach they use to have it open apparently because the website say it open at 10am and when I got here it was closed, I wasted my time my gas and had to pay for parking. What a wasted long day. Absolutely ridiculous"

"The people who work at the front desk should change them all. They treat you without kindness, they receive you with a serious look and they do not have any kind of flexibility if you arrive a few minutes late for your appointment. I know the doctors have more appointments scheduled but please a little more kindness. At 3 they close for lunch. I was there 1 hour before and came back a few minutes late and they didn't serve me. The same thing happens if you are going to change a date for analysis or an appointment, they get upset, they tell you no. There is not the slightest attempt to resolve the situation. It is already the second or third time that I receive terrible attention from the reception. The rest of the care by doctors, nurses and other staff is excellent. They should analyze that because it is a generalized opinion according to what I read the other opinions"

"I have spent 4 hours driving thru Miami to help a friend get tested. I arrived at this location at a little after 5pm yesterday they had a sign posted they were done testing for this day. I have read other reviews that this is seemingly the norm to get staff out by 6. I'm very empathetic to that, but then change your hours to 5PM to save someone like me the traffic nightmare to get there before 6 - only to be shut out because it's after 5. I arrived today about 10 minutes to 2pm. Noticed online that it says closing soon - for lunch break. I, again totally understand the reasoning for this. Unfortunately, the signs were already posted, and I'm sure not instantly before I walked thru the door, that they were on lunch. I love the service provided and find it invaluable, but between, traffic, parking, and flat out unreliable hours, I sadly have to drive an hour to Ft Lauderdale to get the services I need. Never once has AHF Broward given me any issue. Be transparent with your actual hours and you'll see that it will streamline your efforts and make it work out better for all involved."

"It is very unfortunate that after waiting two weeks for results of testing I had to be the one to call only to be told “there was a problem, you’re going to have to come in to get tested again!” Like how unprofessional is that!! These are very sensitive issues you guys are dealing with. People are sometimes worried until they receive their results which they have to wait a whole 2 weeks for and then…you’re told there was a mistake and your information is not in the computer, come back and do the tests again. SMH. You guys have to do better."
