"Worst first time experience ever. The lady in the office is so rude and all she wants to do is talk and talk on the phone rather than listening, forget about actually understanding the patient. Also, there is no sync between scheduling and office. They pass different information to patients as if they themselves don't know what is the actual procedure. Office says patient needs mandatory tele visit before any in office visit and the scheduling department suggested to book an appointment directly with OB. She cancelled my already scheduled appointments while I was on call with her without acknowledgement from my end. Then she booked a tele visit, cancelled the tele visit and disconnected the call while I was speaking. They made my first pregnancy experience so bad by just one phone call. No sense of tone, or care for a pregnant lady. Just out right unprofessional and rude attitude on the phone."

"My husband and I had a disappointing experience with the OBGYN practice at Mount Sinai during my pregnancy. As someone with a family in the medical field, I had high expectations, but sadly, they were not met. Throughout my visits, I felt uncared for and uncomfortable. The doctor's (Dr. Larry Goldenberg) clinical and unsympathetic approach left much to be desired. I found it challenging to connect with him, and his mannerisms were borderline rude. As someone with an anxiety condition, I had hoped for understanding and support, but instead, I felt like my concerns were being dismissed and even made fun of. The final straw was when the doctor's behavior during one appointment left me in tears. It was clear that this practice lacked the empathy and compassion necessary to provide quality care to its patients. In the middle of my pregnancy, I made the difficult decision to switch providers, and it turned out to be the best choice I could have made. The new provider was caring, supportive, and made me feel safe throughout the rest of my pregnancy. It's disheartening that a practice affiliated with Mount Sinai, known for its prestige in NYC, could fall short in providing adequate support and care for its patients. I urge others to carefully consider their options and seek out healthcare professionals who prioritize compassion and empathy during such a vulnerable time. In conclusion, I do not recommend Dr. Goldenberg or the Mount Sinai OBGYN practice based on my experience. Sharing this feedback with the hope of encouraging positive change and better patient care."

"This review is for the customer service. I had an appointment that I scheduled 3 months ago. Today I received a text saying that it was canceled. When I called the office to ask why it had been canceled a very rude receptionist named Amalia kept talking over me and would not let me speak. No care in the fact that I had already been waiting months. She then scheduled me for an appointment without even asking if I was available that day. She proceeded to write a note in my chart stating that I was the rude one. Very unprofessional. I’m sure it’s because I asked for her name and told her that her doctors will know about her rude behavior that I won’t be rescheduling there."

"I'm in disbelief that any doctor's office operate in this manner. It is impossible to get in contact with anyone in this department. I learned that you can schedule an appointment through the main hospital scheduling department. However, if you have any questions regarding your treatment or have emergency concerns good luck, no one will answer the phone, you would literally have to show up in person or wait 3 months for a follow-up. appointment, even if you were recently seen. These doctors are quick to take your money and charge your insurance but don't care about you."

"I never leave reviews however I felt like I had to! I wish I could give this place a 0, as soon as I walked in I was told I need to reschedule before even getting to the counter. I called before my appointment to tell them I was running late and the person I spoke to said it's okay (Miami traffic is nightmare), they have a 15 min late policy, the rude receptionist said they we nice and gave me 20 minutes however I arrived inside the office at 318. I'm not sure how that makes sense but okay, I'm glad I didn't use this office, if that's how they treat patients, I can only imagine their attitude towards everything else."
