"I tried to schedule an appointment for the first time on Feb 12, 2021. The customer care representative was incredibly rude. Not only he placed me on hold several times claiming he was by himself, was talking to people while trying to take my information and got aggravated when I asked clarifying questions and placed me on hold. This guy was super unprofessional. If that was the intake process, I wonder what will happen after. I hanged up not so sure what quality of service I will receive after that point."
