"Unable to contact your center to even cancel or reschedule appt as phone msg box always, can never leave a msg and no one ever answers that phone. Have also sent text msg, again, with no response AT ALL..You definitely need a NEW system for handling patients going thru your front desk.."
"For a therapy place it’s unbelievable that they don’t have an automatic door or someone at front desk to help a wheelchair person come inside! Patients have to hear their name yelled from someone in the back, they don’t have the professionalism to come to waiting are and get the patient. Maybe they have good therapists but but this place is not run professionally."
