"I have sent an email over two weeks ago and still no response and this email is through there own website. If you go to pain management because your in pain you think emails would be considered as important , and especially since they don't return calls. I made an appt for a cortisone injection and with insurance the bill was going to be well over $1,200. They charge extra because there considered a hospital facility. I can pay $250-$350 max cash for the same thing. I really disappointed and especially in the no response to my emails. Very disappointing Dr Constantine Sarantopoulis! I just wanted to update that I still have not received a response from this disappointing Dr."
"STOP! Don’t even take your dog there—this is a horribly run Office and being a health professional for 30 years myself, I am soooo very disapppointed and unimpressed with Dr Sarantopoulos and his associates. I made FIVE phone calls asking for a call back and nEver received one, not one. My parents are elderly and leaving them in his hands was asking for trouble. Not even deserved of one star. Can you spell incompetent?????"
"Worst care I have ever received. They should be ashamed of themselves for the way they treat their patients and they violate the Rights and Responsibilities. Their solution to everything is Ice it and take tylenol. If that worked, most of us would not be seeking pain management. One of the doctors when performing the epidural injections uses the same needle on both sides of bi-lat "injection" These people are screaming lawsuit."
"Giving 1 star because I can't give 0 Saw doctor several weeks ago. Dr. Didn't listen to my history whatsoever. Prescribed medications that I had listed that I was allergic to, and none that had helped me previously. I went here because of long term chronic pain and received nor was offered absolutely any pain relief whatsoever. I am now completely disabled after waiting months for an appointment. Would doctors prefer that I go to Riviera Beach or Oakland Park and by illicit medications? Pain Managemnt Doctors should help patients."
