"Didn't have a chance to see the Doctor so I'll leave this review solely to the staff. I drove 45 mins (my choice) to see Dr. Ghany for a second opinion after doing the necessary paperwork the staff proceeded to tell me I had to pay for the full visit. Mind you I'm very well versed in the way my insurance works, and I proceeded to politely tell them that's not the case and was instructed to wait on authorization. After waiting over an hour, I was told by a different staff member that I had to pay the full visit amount once again "because I hadn't met my deductible". I proceeded to explain once again that was incorrect... I gave them the benefit of the doubt and they failed to even so much as read an insurance card. Which clearly states SPECIALISTS "DED WAIVED" then 20%, which means my deductible in this case is irrelevant and they should have charged me 20% of the visit and gone about our business. Yes, I'm now the one dealing with my hand issues and looking for another doctor, could I have paid for the visit and waited for a reimbursement, yes. However, it's not my job to do theirs and after being lied to and told "I was called and told what my responsibility is prior" I'd rather not deal with a dishonest and incapable practice going forward. Principles are everything to me and if you can't so much as take the time to READ the insurance card how am I supposed to trust you with anything else regarding my care. Do better, and Dr. Ghany hire a better staff who actually cares about people and is not so worried about collecting undue funds."

"Even with appointment I waited an hour before seeing the doctor. Twice I waited a half hour just to find out there was no approval for the appointments, even though I had multiple reminder phone calls to come to the appointment. Good place to go, to waste your time."

"The staff were all excellent and the facility is very clean and warm. Admitting was easy and the care received prior to, as well as after my procedure was very caring. Everyone went out of their way to accommodate me."

"I've been seeing Doctors here for a few years. For me, I haven't had a bad experience. I've had great care here. Everyone is really nice. At least to me. The Doctors have given me excellent care. From Pain Management to the Surgeon. My favorite location is the Plantation Office and the front desk girls are the sweetest."
