"So I read all the bad reviews before I booked my appointment and was expecting the worst. The parking at this location is a hot mess, be prepared to arrive early and search for a spot even in the garage. My appointment was scheduled for 9am, they switched it the day before to 10:30 with no explanation. So other than the parking and the time change, everything else was great. We saw Dr Cohen and he couldn’t have been more pleasant. Really spoke to my son and I and explained the bones in his foot. The nurse who applied the cast was very friendly and explained every step of the process. Dr Cohen even commented on our address and suggested we visit another office closer to home for our follow up. If it wasn’t for the time change and the horrendous parking I would totally give 5 stars ⭐️"

"ITS AMAZING HOW MANY NEGATIVE FEEDBACKS ON GOOGLE AND THE DOCTOR DON’T SEE THIS!! LOCATION WAS WESTON OFFICE THE EMPLOYEES AT THE OFFICE ARE DESTROYED THE DOCTOR REPUTATION!!!! I AGREE WITH THE PREVIOUS COMMENT!!!! If I could give this place zero stars, I would. the office staff was beyond miserable and not accommodating at all!!! I had an appointment for my son today that was confirmed yesterday. And today when I check in the office they told me my son appointment was yesterday. And again I called yesterday and they confirmed my appointment for today!! The people at the office are terrible and are Useless . The worst!!!!"

"If I could give this place zero stars, I would. Although the doctor we saw was very nice, the office staff was beyond miserable and not accommodating at all! I came in with my son to have his cast removed but I was also with my newborn and 2 yr old. They wouldn't let me in with the 2 other kids and had me wait until my husband got there to sit with them while I went in. My husband was on his way back with my 4 year old who had just woken up from dental surgery and was completely disoriented. When he finally got there they took us in and told me husband that due to covid he wasn't allowed to wait in the waiting room. The same waiting room that I sat in with 3 kids for over an hour and a half. So now he has to stand outside holding our son who's bleeding from his mouth and half awake, with the 2 year old and the newborn! Really awful. And when I pointed out that we had already been sitting there with three kids they dismissed it and told him he has to get out if we want to be seen. So disgusting. If you ever have to go to this place under any circumstance make sure you do not need to be accommodated because they will definitely not. On the contrary, they will make it very difficult and unpleasant for you. Definitely find another orthopedic group if you can!"

"I brought my daughter to Joe DiMaggio’s Pediatric Orthopedic center in Hollywood on my pediatrician’s recommendation. The service I have received from this office has been terrible from the moment I called to make an appointment for my visit and follow up calls with the doctor. Dr. McNery (spelling?) has the WORST bedside manner. During our visit he gave me red flags to look out for, and when I call to discuss those red flags he indicates he never said that. I explained my concerns to him and he spoke to me in a condescending tone. After persisting he finally told me “if your child is in school she is not that sick, I am concerned about a child that is really sick”. As a concerned parent I want someone who is going to care about what I have to say. I’m obviously not an expert in what’s going on with my child, I shouldn’t be guilted or made felt like my concerns were silly by the person that is in charge of her care."

"I have met some very professional, empathetic and caring people from this department but I have also met a surgeon or two who was more concerned with not dealing with us and tried to tell me that tha pain my child is going through every day is in his head.... I would be interested in finding out if those who want to judge without knowing the patient, have ever had those operations . A little empathy and understanding goes a long way. Thankfully our surgeon and assistants ( deserves 5 stars ) have been outstanding."
