911 Urgent Care

"The worse experience Ive ever experienced at an urgent care!!! Don't go there!!!! I went in with chest pain and the young lady Penny had no compassion for me. She insisted I contact my primary because she will have to bill me once she put the code on my chart. Told me she leaves at 12:30 pm I arrived at 12:15. I stated I was really not feeling well my chest was hurting and she was very confontational and rude. Ends up my blood pressure was high and she aggravated me more as she continued to argue about billing me."

"I went in for covid during the height of Omicron. The chairs in the waiting room were on top of each other. There was no social distancing. I was afraid to sit down. The couple registering for a covid test before us refused to put on their masks. They thought they had covid. I complained to the front desk and the nurse came out and told me i was creating a scene asking for the facility to insist the couple put on masks in a small tight waiting room. I was told they wouldn't test me if I continued to insist . The front desk offered me a clip board . It was the same clipboard and pen the previous people had used without ant cleaning or disinfectant. They were awful! Even though testing is suppose to be paid by insurance they made us pay up front $25.00. The website to review the results was confusing and difficult to engage. The ironic end to the story , we were told by the same nurse a week later that first couple tested negative and i was positive. If i hadn't worn my mask they would have caught from me. The area is too small with mo covid protocols in place they should be avoided at all costs. Do thru really have the proper licensing?"

"Went to 911 Urgent Care for medical tests and had a great experience. As soon as I walked in I was immediately taken care of. The process was fast and I was seeing a specialist within minutes. The entire office is clean and bright and very comfortable. The receptionist is nice and efficient, the waiting room is large and comfortable. The entire place is centered around your health.The blood test was by far the best I have ever had, turned my head 1,2,3 and it was done. No pain, no poking, no issues. This is the way that a medical test should be given."

"The staff is really good, went for a Covid19 PCR test for international travel, the nurse was very professional and it didn't hurt at all, just tickle. The reason I am giving a 2 stars is because their laboratory missed my family completely, they skipped us and on the same day of traveling we were not given the results , the staff was nice to keep insisting with laboratory and we got 2 of the results but mine was still missing, all of these delay result on my family missing the flight and extra costs, it was very disappointing and stressful. I was lucky to be able to change my flight, but I received my results too late. The staff was very helpful but the laboratory they work with is not reliable. Thank you."
