"I have found my new home! First, There is no fighting for parking here because it’s all free valet. The office waiting is spacious and modern—not at all what I was expecting—very comfortable. Dr. Liliana Gomez-Medley and staff are truly aces in my book. Even though I was a new patient, the office was as accommodating as any I’ve ever encountered—including dealing with a ridiculous insurance snafu! Lorna, at the front desk is as warm and friendly as can be; Kari, Doc’s assistant was completely over-the-top—ready with answers, and very quick to calm my first-time nerves. Then not to be outdone was Dr. Gomez-Medley, herself: she is incredibly attentive, and thorough, but above all, she LISTENS! Too many physicians (and medical staff members) forget that we are HUMAN—not just a sum of the parts that need fixing. Dr. Gomez-Medley has a holistic approach, which thankfully, is also a humanist approach. I am most grateful to everyone in the office. (And I feel awful for not mentioning the one beautiful lady by name who helped me tremendously, but I did not catch her name. Blessings abound, though, for she was able to get a referral through for me when I thought all hope was lost.) I cannot thank these folks enough or recommend them more highly. If you need a PCP, this is where you need to be. I hope they realize what they’ve done, because now they’re stuck with this pain in the tush of a patient!
