"The best orthopaedic office in South Florida. The doctors are excellent, well trusted surgeons, top results for surgery. Great recommendations!!! Wonderful staff!! I love this office!!! Yes you will sometimes experience longer wait times, that is only because the doctors here work at a high performance and are recommended by everyone!!!!! I’ve encountered other patients there who drives 3 to 4 hours just see these Dr. Baylis!!!!!! It is non-likely to hear so much great things about any doctors office, but this here I highly recommended!!!!! Thank you for your Excellent Service!!!!!"

"Let's start with the good stuff. Reception assistance is great very helpful. Now I was sent here by workers comp. First mistake. Saw Dr. Christopher Brown for my back. He examined me sent me for MRI results herniated disc. Follow-up appointments never examines back again (5-6 followups). Will not give me any medication that relieves my pain. I have a coworker that also sees him for the exact same injury Dr. Brown gives him medication that works a tents machine, and orders a special chair to sit in at work. I go in for a follow-up I ask for the very same thing. He tells me I don't do that. Hate to say it but I'm Black my coworker is White. I advised my workers comp case manager that this Dr. doesn't care I need someone new nothing happens. I never been to a Doctor before where I felt the Dr didn't care until now. Dr. Brown then informs my job there is nothing else he can do for me. MMI. If you are sent here ask to go somewhere else wait times are longer than the emergency room at a hospital."

"The doctors and nurses here are absolutely the best, however, Customer (Patient) Service is just a figure of speech. 16 days ago, Dr. Salomon decided that I needed another round of trigger point injections in my back, and once again no call to schedule them from his "scheduler" Astrid, despite leaving repeated messages with her and one to his nurse directly. My family and I love Dr.Salomon, Dr. Brown, and Dr. Bayliss, but something needs to be done about the management of this office. If this is not resolved, we will be taking our care elsewhere, as this is not the first time this has happened."

"About four years ago I completely tore my rotator cuff. Dr. Bayless did the surgery and to this date my shoulder is perfect. The office staff is very friendly and helpful. I also used their physical therapy facility and I was very satisfied. I have been to OAUSA over the years for numerous problems and I was always treated with care and professionalism."
