"FIrst, when we were referred to this center for lower back injury due to fall and neck injury due to bulging disc because of car accident, we the patients understood the center would be paid upon settlement. Shocking I was informed the center sent both our files to collection even though they were aware payment would be do ONLY upon settlement. DO NOT USE THIS facility if you were told what we were told... Clearly there are no hones or upfront."
